The Blood Orange - Updated 11.06.2007
This is Nate Uri's solo hearteache rock project. He's not thrilled with his own
music, because it's about heartache, loneliness, and generally upbeat topics.
Nate does benefit from writing and performing it though. He's influenced heavily
by The Love-Cars, Happy Apple, Counting Crows earlier work, and other completely
unrelated artists. People have said that Nate sounds like Adam Duritz.
And it's kind of true.
A six track EP entitled “The Blood Orange EP” is now available online to
downloadright here.
If you like what you hear, please donate some money to Nate (on the songs page)
so he can afford to go record more pain and anguish. There are even a couple of
upbeat trax :)
